Retainer Agreement (For Corporate Clients)
We offer monthly retainer agreements for companies that continuously employ foreign workers. Plans are customized based on your company's hiring scale and the scope of support required.
Hiring a dedicated visa specialist in-house is costly
Why Retainer
We often hear concerns from HR managers at companies that continuously employ foreign workers.
"Hiring a full-time visa specialist is too expensive. We need a specialist we can consult anytime, but per-question consulting fees add up. Renewals and changes also become tedious with case-by-case quotes." This is the rationale behind our fixed monthly retainer agreement
It enables high-quality outsourcing at a lower cost than hiring a dedicated employee.
Scope of Services
Services
We flexibly combine the following services to meet your company's specific needs.

Day-to-day consultations on foreign employment
Routine consultations on residence status, notifications, compliance, and regulatory updates—covered within the monthly retainer (via email, Slack, or phone).

Residence card management and expiration reminders
We centrally track the residence card expiration dates of your foreign employees and provide advance alerts before renewals are due.

We review provisions tied to residence status, return-airfare obligations (mandatory for Specified Skilled Worker and Training Employment), housing support, language accommodations, and other foreign-employee-specific points. Volume is tailored to your situation.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Retainer
FAQ
Q. Is there a minimum contract period?+
A. We require a minimum contract period of 6 months. This is because annual renewals, notifications, and regulatory adaptations for foreign employment operate on a half-year cycle. After 6 months, the contract continues on a month-to-month basis with the option to cancel anytime.
Q. Can we have parallel contracts with other administrative scriveners, labor consultants, or attorneys?+
A. Yes. We do not include any non-compete clauses. In some cases, combining specialists in their respective areas of expertise may be the most rational choice for your company.
Q. Can you support part-time work for spouses of employees (Family Stay visa holders)?+
A. Yes. Family Stay visa holders can obtain permission for activities outside their status, allowing up to 28 hours of part-time work per week (excluding adult entertainment industries). This is covered as a minor consultation within the retainer agreement.
Let's start with a 60-minute consultation
We will hear about your company's foreign employment situation, annual application volume, and future plans, then propose the optimal combination of retainer services. "I want to hear you out and compare with others before deciding" is perfectly fine. We do not engage in aggressive sales.
