For foreigners living in Japan, residence status (visa) is an important foundation for life and career. I have come to deeply understand this importance through my own experience working overseas.

I previously spent 5 years in the Philippines on assignment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Immigration Bureau closed and visa renewals were stalled—this experience renewed my recognition of how critical visas are to daily life and work. This experience forms the foundation of my current practice.

Out of a desire to stand close to clients who carry anxiety about visa applications and to support them with reliable procedures, I established this office.

In recent years, the use of generative AI is advancing in many specialized fields. At our office too, by using AI for collecting and analyzing the latest laws and related information, we have raised the accuracy and efficiency of our work. We intend to use the time created in this way for client communication and individualized application preparation, further raising the quality of our service.

We also offer location-free online consultations (first consultation free), a clear pricing structure, and free re-application support in the unlikely event of denial—please consult with peace of mind.

For corporate clients, we provide ongoing support via monthly retainer agreements and individual visa application support for employees—structured to suit each client position. We will accompany you in the rapidly changing area of foreign employment, including the 2026 Administrative Scrivener Act amendment, the addition of N2 requirements for the Engineer/Specialist visa, and the Training Employment system scheduled for implementation in 2027—aligned with your business plan.
